Initially I came to Action Housing with a small deposit and a desire to get into property investment, but no idea how to do it.
They worked with and alongside me and helped source a property that was ideal for me, assisting me through each step of the way (accountants banks etc). There were so many roadblocks and challenges along the way, I feel without their advice, patience, inside knowledge and encouragement, I wouldn’t have known where to turn or what to do.
Throughout the whole experience they have shown patience, persistance, care and true friendship, which is far over and above what I had expected from someone I was to do business with.
Action Housing have been kind, caring, flexible and amazing, both as human beings and as business people.

First time property investors get second wind.
We are what younger people would call an “elderly” couple in our fifties, and we have been quietly dreading our advancing retirement. We have tried to invest in property before but were always put off by one thing or another.
Action Housing were nothing less than brilliant, making sure we understood the process from start to finish, and insisting we made informed decisions about the many small aspects which accompany a property purchase.
